Are Catholic women more likely to tolerate infidelity in their husbands than Protestants?

Catholics are suppose to take their vows seriously and work on their marriage. Out of those 50% Italian men, did they remain cheaters throughout their entire marriage or only up to when they got caught? After being caught, they should stop and get counseling and work on the marriage. If he can't stop cheating or lusting after others, the wife has the right to divorce.
