Wife constantly freaking out over my daughter's mom?

I have another post from about a week ago that may shed a little more light on this subject. Me & my wife have been married since nov. 2010. I have a daughter & she's known this & the entire time my wife has been in the picture she always has this trust issue with my daughters mom. I've never cheated on my wife but she always has to know the moment I get a text from the mom, always insists on being there when I pick my daughter up & drop her off. That has subsided just a little but not enough. She's even gone so far as to tell me she's gonna have to keep a closer eye on "me" because my daughters mom walks with us out to the car at daycare from time to time. I didn't ask for that, there's no harm in it. She's super insecure & there's been fighting in front of my daughter, I've threatened to stop her from going with me to get her & even spending time with us on my days to have my daughter. What really gets me now is that we just had fathers day.. My daughter & her mom made me a fathers day card with hand prints & all & my wife just freaked out about it & was all mad at me because I wasn't offended as she was. She said it was inappropriate & I think that's total bs & she needs to get over it. She even said if that's the way I was gonna be she didn't want to be with me anymore. Me & my wife also have a son together & I just can't believe she would say that. Tell me I'm not crazy here but that's totally uncalled for. We also recently got counseling & she was told to quit putting others between us & if there's no proof of any infidelity to stop with the trust issues. I'm just sick of it. I finally get her to talk to somebody & this happens. I'm already paying child support on my daughter & I'm very involved in her life. Her mother left & wanted nothing to do with me when she found out she was pregnant with my daughter & then right after she was born I get child support papers. Pretty sorry if u ask me. Now my wife is wanting to throw our marriage away. WTF
