Are my SATs score decent?

Your score is easily decent. I would take it again & shoot for getting 2000+ then you would be set. Georgetown yes, is kind of a reach. Maybe BC, too but you still have a chance. BU isn't really a reach I could see you getting in there. & to answer your question, without practice or classes a 1930 is a VERY good score. Think, if you can make that without all that then imagine what you'll get when you do.
