Infected pimples? What do I do? :(?

I'm not an expert on this, but my suggestion would be to call a pharmacist now, or your doctor if they're open, and ask if you should continue taking your medicine. Don't get moisturizer in your infected pores... If they're infected. Go to a doctor right away. If you want to wash your face, make sure you are well-sanitized and just use water.
